Philstyn A/V is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in equipment selection, design, product support and service. If you have questions concerning choosing the right product or the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact our Technical Services Line at 866-748-2421, and speak to Bill Sellers or Bruce Tappe. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. After hours service, equipment pickup and support is available.

Statement of Warranty and Guarantee

All installation labor carries a one (1) year warranty from the time of project completion. Philstyn A/V will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued. NOTE: If a product you purchased from us is under warranty by the manufacturer, and is needing servicing, please contact us at 713-747-7000 or 866-748-2420. PAV will determine if the product can be service and/or can be repaired in-house. If not, we will give you the information you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
